We are delighted to announce a fantastic fishing opportunity! The River Burn is a fly fishing syndicate of Fly Fishing Yorkshire and is conveniently situated just outside Masham. This 6 mile double banked section of the river has been very lightly fished, as the beat is so vast. The access is suitable for all ages, but the bulk of the fishing is TRUE wild trout fishing, and extremely private. The location is perfect and scenery is simply magical. The wading and fishing is good to very challenging, offering something for everyone.

This river is a hidden gem and will be kept as a true wild brown trout and grayling fishery with no stocking. The river is full of wild browns and some grayling in the lower beat. We constantly work through the river, enhancing it by focussing on tree management and habitat restoration.

The movement of water is truly exciting. The constant flow works the whole beat from top to bottom, and the river has some wonderfully deep holes and pools which to date have probably not all been fished.

We only allow a small group of members to join as our aim is to remain exclusive and private. Please don't hesitate to get in touch If you would like to become one of the first members of this syndicate.
